In this Witchual Workout, we’re doing something a little different. Today’s exercise is meant to be done from a seated position and is particularly aimed towards helping folks engage their bodies more.
We’re all spending more time in front of our devices doing online classes, work meetings, virtual conferences, etc – which means we’re often slumping into positions that aren’t great for our body. This exercise can help you engage your body – and in turn help your mind as well.
