“Our Lady of Cacti”
Earlier this year, I had the opportunity to do a self-directed art retreat in the high desert of New Mexico. I work on multiple pieces during that time and finished 4 paintings. “Our Lady of Cacti” was a more fun piece that I did inspired by a beautiful early-blooming cactus I saw while on a hike with a friend. This image features a cactus wren and a rattlesnake while playing with the classic madonna imagery.
ABOUT THE PRINTS
This is a hand-embellished archival print on wood. These are approximately 12″ tall by 4″ wide by .75″ deep on birch & pine cradled panels. They have a sawtooth hanger on the back, ready to hang. These pieces are made to order, so please allow 3-5 weeks for shipping.
